Domestic violence includes all forms of physical, sexual, psychological or economic violence and affects people of all genders and ages. It usually takes place within the family and household, but can also involve people from current or former relationships who do not live in the same household. The health and social consequences for those affected are serious in some cases. In addition to individual suffering, domestic violence causes high societal follow-up costs.
Violence is threatening, insulting, pressuring, blackmailing, humiliating, isolating, imprisoning, beating, abusing, raping, coercing into sexual acts, abusing financial dependencies, and much more.

Who do we address?
Women who are threatened or affected by psychological, physical and/or sexualized violence and their children, if they reside in the Pinzgau, Pongau or Lungau regions or if there is another connecting factor to these regions.
