Násilí je …

 

Domácí násilí zahrnuje všechny formy fyzického, sexuálního, psychického nebo ekonomického násilí a týká se osob všech pohlaví a věku. Obvykle se odehrává v rámci rodiny a domácnosti, ale může se týkat i osob ze současných nebo bývalých vztahů, které nežijí ve stejné domácnosti. Zdravotní a sociální důsledky pro postižené jsou někdy závažné. Kromě individuálního utrpení způsobuje domácí násilí i vysoké sociální náklady.

Násilí je vyhrožování, urážení, nátlak, vydírání, ponižování, izolace, věznění, bití, týrání, znásilňování, nucení k sexuálním aktům, zneužívání finanční závislosti a mnoho dalšího.
